Our organizing team along with turist organization Ljubljana Turism, will be available to help registrants with travel & housing arrangements as well as with optional tours. Registrants are responsible for additional fees and travel costs.
Ljubljana is well-connected with the rest of Europe and it is easy to get to by air, road or train.
FROM THE AIRPORTS
The main international airport is Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport, located 25 km from Ljubljana: www.lju-airport.si.
It takes only 25 minute ride from the airport to Ljubljana city centre by bus, shuttle (approx. 10 EUR) or taxi (approx. 40 EUR). You can find different transfer services here, that should be booked in advance.
There are also some airports not far from Ljubljana:

DO YOU NEED VISA?
Citizens of EU/EEA and Switzerland can enter Republic of Slovenia with a valid identity card or passport.
Non-EU citizens must have a valid passport to enter Slovenia, a visa or resident permit, unless otherwise stipulated by law or international agreement.
